Welcome to InKing Royalty’s September Blog Hop! Today’s Tricked Out Treats Blog Hop is filled with spooky, fun projects for Halloween. We are excited to share our creations with you today and hope these projects inspire you. After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
I accepted the challenge of “tricking” out a treat! I kept thinking of that show “Pimp My Ride” for some reason, so I tried to just add as many elements as thought I could to “trick” my treat.
I am not a huge fan of the whole Halloween, dressing in costume, going to a party kinda thing. I do enjoy giving out candy. Still, people have birthdays and other special occasions this time of year, and I love the fall colors, so I took my inspiration from there and created this gift card holder.
I hope you enjoy my “Tricked Out Treat” made from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Die. I used the Painted Autumn DSP with Soft Sky and Cajun Craze for my sentiment. I attached the gift card holder to the treat bag by adding a ribbon to the inside so that in itself is a bit of a trick! (Note to self: be sure to add the ribbon inside the mini treat bag BEFORE you glue the seams down!)
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop, Jackie Beers There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group – and you don’t want to miss it!
